Gaurav Palace is affiliated to M.P. State Tourism Development Corporation limited under the Bed and Breakfast Scheme. To supplement the available tourist accommodation in cities and at places of tourist interest in Madhya Pradesh, MP Tourism has launched a Bed & Breakfast (B&B) Scheme, effective from 1st April 2010. The scheme has been introduced in line with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, for providing comfortable Home Stay facilities to the tourists, and giving an opportunity to foreign tourists to experience the famed Indian hospitality, cuisine, customs and traditions.

Gaurav Palace is located at Shamla hills, Bhopal in a premise named as Nishat Manzil which is a heritage property. The place has also been a CM house in the past years. The rooms are overlooking the upper lake of Bhopal. Gaurav Palace has also been chosen by many film directors for film making. The famous movie Rajneeti of film Director Prakash Jha was shot at Gaurav Palace.
